Specific public documents are collected from official URLs; original versions and hashes are retained. New additions remain quarantined until review. Citations use actual extracted text, with physical PDF page numbers where verified.
Source facts are distinguished from AI interpretation and proposed actions. Software tests do not measure professional usefulness; independent human evaluation is required.
The service is hosted on Azure in the UAE. Private tools send permitted public questions and passages through OpenRouter to an external model provider; UAE hosting does not establish UAE-only inference. Public browsing does not require an AI model.
Language and source coverage are limited, and corrupted text may be excluded. Missing international data is not guessed; reuse rights require verification.
